The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ttjj balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. ttjj does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Failing resolution through PAGCOR channels, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
